The core of the system is a 55 kW SJ-130 single screw extruder, purpose-built for elastomer-based materials such as TPE, TPV, and TPR. With precise temperature control and optimised screw geometry, the line achieves a consistent output capacity of 200–300 kg/h, guaranteeing smooth material flow and a uniform sheet structure.
To maximise system reliability and control accuracy, the line incorporates electrical and control components from leading brands, including ABB, Siemens, and Schneider. This integration ensures precise operation, minimizes energy fluctuations, and delivers long-term stability in industrial settings.
The production line is capable of manufacturing single-layer, single-colour sheets designed for vacuum forming, with adjustable working widths of 1200 mm, 1500 mm, 2000 mm, 2100 mm, and up to 2400 mm. This flexibility enables manufacturers to quickly adapt to various vehicle models and custom floor mat designs.
